With more than 25 years in the travel and tourism industry, Lisa brings a rare combination of operational know-how and genuine care for the people who keep this industry running. She previously served as Vice President of Operations for a major tour company, where she saw firsthand what it takes to keep complex travel operations working smoothly — and what happens when they don't.
Lisa has shared that experience as a featured speaker for SYTA, ABA, and NTA, and today she's dedicated to helping travel and tour professionals, and the associations that support them, with projects that grow their business and strengthen their teams.
Outside of work, Lisa enjoys her own travels and treasures time with family.
