Lisa Curtin is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in the tourism industry, specializing in operations, sales, and strategic consulting. Throughout her career with ET- Educational Tours, Inc. and Brightspark Travel US, Lisa expertly navigated the complexities of client communications and business operations—guiding her teams through critical challenges like 9/11, the DC sniper incident, and other geopolitical events that impacted global tourism.
In 2016, Lisa transitioned to a leadership role as Chief Operations Officer at Caldwell CPAs. There, she leveraged her deep industry insights and the firm’s tax expertise to create innovative solutions tailored to the tourism sector. As a trusted consultant, Lisa has presented at major industry conferences, including the Student Youth Travel Association, American Bus Association, National Tour Association, ITMI, NFTGA, and IATDG. She also contributes to industry development by serving on the advisory panel for Learn Tourism and collaborating with the Family Travel Association.
Beyond her professional achievements, Lisa enjoys decorating, is an active member of the St. Petersburg, Florida Yacht Club, and cherishes time spent with her family—her greatest passion.
